Q:  Do you have a showroom?
A:  No, we prefer to visit our customers on site.

Q: Can you install a kitchen/floor that I've bought elsewhere?
A: Yes! We are happy to install most items customers have purchased elsewhere, just contact us with the details.

Q: How Eco-friendly are you?
A: We try to recycle wherever possible and try to use products that do little damage to the environment wherever possible.

Q: Do you have a waste carrier’s license?
A: Yes

Q: Are you insured?
A: We are fully insured

Q: Do you guarantee the work done?
A: All our products carry their own guarantee and we provide a guarantee of 1 year on installation.

Q: Are your home estimates free?
A: Yes. We like to visit our customers at home so we can look at the area that the product needs to be installed in. There is no obligation to buy.

Q: Do I need to remove my furniture, carpet etc.
A: Yes, however we can offer this as an extra service, please mention this when we do your estimate.

Q: Are you tidy?
A: We tidy and take all our rubbish away with us.
